I recently saw a 5oml bottle of nice perfume that i'd never heard of in a discount cosmetics stall in the market.They had lots of cheap perfumes in professional packaging for as little as 3.50!I just wondered why these are so cheap and most are ten times the price?

My skin is extrmely dry and when I apply make-up I find that my foudation and powder stick on the bits of dry skin even after I have exfloiated and moisturised. It looks unsightly and esp as I have flakes of skin with foundation on them that won't come off. Does anyone know of either a moisturiser or make up range that will soak in and prevent flaking skin???

The best thing to cure flaking skin is a moisturizing oil for dry skin. Try BIO OIL, put this on 20 mins before you put on your foundation and you ...
