I very pale skin, with a few freckles, dark brown eyes and lightish brown hair. I am thinking about getting my hair dyed a bit darker. What sort of colours of eyeshadows should I be using?! I am a student so I can't afford anything too pricey! Or should I invest in a really good eyeshadow? Also I have sensitive skin, so if you could recommend make-up ranges that don't have too many chemicals in them then that would be great!! Thanks. x

As you have pale skin, be careful about going too dark with your hair colour. Stick within the rich, russety browns and don't be tempted by anything too chocolate-y as it could leave you looking washed out.
As for eyeshadow, bronze tones would look great, as would olive shades and even brown with a line of navy kohl. Don't feel you have to send a fortune, the Bourjois Little Round Pot range at Boots is fantastic quality, long-lasting (I've had mine for years) and won't break the bank at £4.75
