It would depend on your skin type, if you've got oily skin then maybe a matt foundation would be better, if your skin is dry then a liquid formulation would definitely be better & look better! But I'd say taking into account your age, that a liquid foundation will be better as it won't settle in all your lines & wrinkles as a matt foundation would. Good luck choosing!!
