YSL usually so alchohol free versions in summer as well, it's always worth stocking up if you want to use them all year round.

Hmm, that’s a question and a half – a solution of alcoholic water is the main ingredient in most fragrances and alcohol often finds its way into perfumed body-lotions, too. Companies that make baby-perfumes keep the alcohol out of those (eg Bulgari, or Burberry) but you’ll be wanting a ‘real’ perfume. Some big-name fragrances make summer “editions†of their best-known scents, because if you spray alcohol on your skin, then go out in the sun, your skin may react. There’s Christian Dior’s Dune Summer Spray (£27.50) and Gaultier Classique Summer Fragrance (£34), both of which are alcohol-free. You can buy these through the website www.escentual.com, or call their helpful people on 0800 0470 163 and ask what else they have in stock that might suit you.
