I shouldn't say this but no, you don't need to use a separate one unless the skin around your eyes is so delicate that it puffs up when you put normal moisturiser on it. If it does, try different eye creams to see which works, Olay, Simple and RoC all have great eye creams and at the pricey end of the market, SkinCeuticals has a lovely ultra-light eye gel (£28, 020 8997 8541) and many people swear by the new Creme de la Mer eye concentrate (£120, www.cremedelamer.co.uk).
