Hi Alice, I have light eyelashes and look much better with mascara, but my eyes are very sensitive to something in mascara. It's as if my eyes are being affected by some kind of a fume from it. Is there a safe, healthy mascara product anywhere? Thank you, Roni

Hi Roni, I know the problem -- a friend gets the same thing. What worked for her was a mineral mascara from Susan Posnick called ColourCoated, which has a rather black mascara at one end and a brilliant taupe brow-definer (which I use almost constantly) on the other. It's £17 at Space NK, not cheap I know but worth it if it works for you. they're out of stock on www.spacenk.co.uk at the moment, but try 020 8997 8541 for other stockists.
