I have been looking for a new perfume and tested lots at a local shop - BeautyBase- and have found that many of the testers sprayed something oily and shiny on my wrist and subsequent purchases have not had the lasting power i expected. Are the testers 'off' or are they using a different strength of perfume? If they are surely that is misleading and somewhat unethical. I thought this kind of thing had stopped years ago! Any comments on the state of perfume selling or the policies of perfume sellers?
