I am 6ft and have extremely long arms and am looking for a great white shirt to used over jeans with LONG arms. I've tried long tall sally and I think they are pretty gross and have bought from them before and the cuff is still not that long. I like a cuff to come past the wrist onto the hand. Any ideas or am I just a freak who should wear short sleeves!!!. Many thanks.

Try Thomas Pink - expensive but they do a made to measure option so you can have the sleeve length increased....Even if you buy their standard shirts the sleeves are a bit longer as they have the French cuff. Also All Saints clothes have extra long sleeves...as a design feature...I think the 'John' shirt or the 'Thierry' shirt might have longer length sleeves
