Does anybody know any good Restaurants in York? We are going there in a couple of weeks. Probably a nice Indian Restaurant as well

Michael's Brasserie in Galtres Lodge is good for lunch or an evening meal. It's next to Cafe Rouge (also good) in High Petergate (I think).

You're spoiled for choice for good restaurants in York! Why not try a mexican - Fiesta Mehicana in Clifford Street is great! Look upwards as you walk in- the ceiling is decorated with sombreros!

There is a terrific Italian restaurant called Bari's. We had a lovely evening meal there. It's in the Shambles.

There is a well established restaurant called Meltons and they have a second restaurant called Meltons Too.
Both are reasonably priced and reliable
