Avoid medical treatments as they come with harsh side effects. Instead, look for a non pharmecuetical hair loss range with a clinical study to back up the claims. Hair loss can have many causes but the main cause is DHT which needs to be neutralised. Saw Palmetto is an ingredient which neutralises the DHT and is found in some hair loss ranges.

It's best to see a trichologist to establish exactly why your hair is thinning - stress, age and hormones are all common causes. For the best advice, make an appointment with Philip Kingsley, the UK's leading trichologist (0207 629 4004) and in the meantime check out his website - www.philipkingsley.com - for dietary help and product recommendations.
