Here's what you will need:
0.5 Shot Triple Sec
0.5 Shot Russian Standard Vodka
Top up Champagne
Fresh pineapple chunks
1 Shot Pineapple Juice
and the method:
In the bottom of a mixing glass or cocktail shaker, muddle the fresh pineapple pieces with the Triple Sec. Then add the Russian Standard Vodka, pineapple juice and some ice cubes and stir. Strain into a chilled Martini glass and top up with the Champagne.
Garnish with a cherry left resting in the base of the glass.
