It sounds like your hair needs nourishment and nutrition - something the diminishes with age. Look for hair care products which contain keratin, proteins, aminos, zinc, selenium or nutritional ingredients. Watch out for the usual haircare products which really dont do much for the hair, other than look nice in the bathroom!
