Are you on a diet? I only as because your question is basically: which foods have virtually no calories. But this is no way to begin a diet. Rather than look at specific foods that are low carb and low fat you need to think in terms of meals. A meal of steamed green vegetables and white steamed fish, for example, is probably the ultimate low fat/low carb meal. BUT, trust me, if you want to lose weight eat less, and exercise more. That's it. eating low fat/low carb foods will not fill you up and will probably lead to binge eating at some stage during your day/week. So eat the foods you love, but less of them and only when you are hungry. Then exercise at least 3 times a week for an hour a pop. You will gradually shed pounds.
