Forget all diets, they don't work. Follow a few rules: only eat when you are hungry - but never leave it to you are ravenous; never eat at your desk at work or on the go - you need to sit down properly and think about your food; chew every mouthful 20 times. Then do at least an hour of aerobic exercise at least 3 times a week.
