what do you mean?? I have been looking through the Sunday papers today that have been awash with dresses - this new season is sugar coated by the return of the dress (that in my opinion never really went away). Dresses are deliciously on trend for spring summer - from high street to haute couture - its what makes being a girl so much better than being a boy (well that and the make up, the shoes, the handbags...)
