There are several companies which specialise in wider and deeper fittings, so you shouldn't have a problem. Here's the low-down:
Try www.emotionfootwear.co.uk (01642 807090), which caters for 13.2-16.4in calves and ankle measurements from 9.2-10.8in.
Then, www.plusinboots.co.uk (01202 331892) which has assorted styles in sizes 36-43, and calf widths from 15.6-21in.
And finally www.duoboots.com (shops in London, Edinburgh, Manchester and Bath; 0845 070 5588).
Good luck in your quest! If you want more help with clothes, send in a specific question and I'll try to help.
