I have noticed liver spots appearing on my hands - im 48! is there anything I can do to remove them please?

Professional treatments such as IPL - Intense Pulsed Light - can help to diminish these liver spots, but while they may fade there is no guarantee that the treatment will remove them completely.
If you have a high pain threshold book in for a course of Fraxel treatments which uses a different kind of light, a laser in fact, to help eradicate hyper-pigmentation.
