Chanel Teint Innocence is the best foundation I have used. I always used tinted moisturizer as I hate the heaviness of foundation but the coverage wasn’t great and after wasting money on different foundations, this has converted me. It is really light, has amazing coverage (and I don’t bad skin but its not perfect) and doesn’t look like you are wearing anything.

Chanel's Pro-Lumiere is fab (it 'stretches' really well so you can make it quite sheer if you want; Clinique's Supermoisture makeup is terrific and good for making dry skin dewy, and my latest favourite is Shiseido's The Makeup dual balancing foundation which meets all your criteria.
