I saw Heston Blumenthal on TV talking about his special beef. I think I even saw the butcher on the screen. Where can I get some?

The butcher you saw lurking in the background was Jack O’Shea (020 7581
7771 www.jackosheas.com) who can also be found in his shop just round the corner from Harrods in London's Knightsbridge. His beef is tender, ‘bone-aged’ black Angus beef from Ireland, slaughtered at the family's abattoir. Also recommended are seaweed-fed lamb, organic and rare breed pork and wagyu beef.
