There are four ways to do this.

1. The quickest and easiest way is to click through on the link in the email sent to you when your Question was answered.

2. Alternatively, log on and go to My Wonderstuff. All your Answers, and your Questions, are there - simply click on "See All..." The grid shows your average rating and level of expertise in each Wonderstuff category.

3. Use Search.

4. Or go to the Appropriate Wonderstuff site and scroll through "Most Recent" QandAs.

It probably has. Check your junk mail to see if the notification went there rather than to your inbox. You'll need to change your junk mail preferences in order to receive mail from Wonderstuff.

In some mail programs (eg Microsoft Outlook), you need to go into the junk mail folder, right-click on the email from Wonderstuff and go to "Not junk" in the toolbar. Say OK to "Mark as Not Junk". You should receive your Wonderstuff notifications from now on. On Google mail, go to your spam folder, select message and click on the Not Spam button.

Have a look via Search to see if your Question has been answered. If not, resubmit your Question, perhaps using different words. Make it short, sharp and snappy and you're more likely to get a response.

Questions are open to anyone, which means that your response could well come from many sources. Resident experts endeavour to answer as many Questions as possible, but often, equally good responses come from other quarters. Look out for Crowned Users - they have given constantly good Answers in their field and are really worth listening to. Remember to rate Answers so that other Users know who's hot and who's not.

Congratulations! These are status squiggles. You are climbing Wonderstuff's League of Champions, based on the ratings your Answers have received.  A tick is the first sign you're doing well. Better still is a star. If you hit the top of the League, you'll be given a Wonderstuff Crown. (By the way, if you answer plenty of Questions, you'll get a little speech bubble after your name, to show quite what a chatterbox you are).
