I am menopausal and have been colouring my hair both at the hair salon and at home for years with no bad effects but suddenly I have a big problem with my hair breaking off. I'm losing lots of hair when brushing and shampooing and it's breaking not falling out from the scalp - It does not feel dry or brittle just weak. Is it happening because of the menopause and what can i do about it?
